Cancellation of the remainder of the 2019/20 BBL Season.

Following the BBL announcement this morning regarding the the 19/20 season, the Managing Director of the Worcester Wolves, Mick Donovan gave the following reflections.

“Whilst the final decision to conclude the season is not surprising under the current circumstances, there is a great deal to be proud of and many positives to take from this season from a Worcester Wolves perspective.
We were currently sitting in third place and would have been genuine contenders for the play off finals.

The BBL cup victory was a true highlight for everyone involved with the club and a great way to celebrate the achievements of our exciting team led by an excellent Head Coach and his coaching team. As we look back over another season: it was significantly successful on the court, we continue to move forward as a club and as ever, we are very mindful of the great support that we receive from our Wolfpack”
