BWBWPL Head Coach Lucas Warburton Departs the Wolves

BWB Women’s Premier League Head Coach Lucas Warburton will be departing from the Worcester Wolves.

After joining the Wolves in 2023, Lucas will be leaving the club for the next step in his career journey.
Lucas will be leaving a long-lasting impact on the Club, as he has shown immense dedication for his players, team, and Club throughout his time here.


Upon the news Lucas said, “It was an honour to be a part of the Worcester Wolves for these last 2 years, working alongside my colleagues, fellow coaches, and of course the players.
I believe both the programme and I have developed over the last couple of seasons, but it’s now time for me to take the next step in my career, away from Worcester.
I wish everybody involved in the Worcester Wolves the best for the future and I can’t wait to see what’s next for the programme!”


Lucas has been a pillar of support on and off the court with the club, and everyone at the Worcester Wolves wishes him well for the future.
