Fixtures Confirmed For Inaugural Women’s Premier League

With the first ever British Wheelchair Basketball Women’s Premier League season fast approaching, the fixtures for the competition have been confirmed.

In the New Year, the Worcester Wolves will make history and host the first ever game of the league at the iconic University Of Worcester Arena on January 22nd as they take to the court against Loughborough Lightning. The club then hit the road for two away games against Cardiff Met Archers and East London Phoenix.

An exciting and versatile roster of players has been recruited which includes Sarah Hope, Amber Loughlin, Catherine Yearron, Ellan Fraser, Jessica Atherley, Kayla Bell, Jessica Dowdeswell and Jade Loughlin.

The Wolves will play a total of nine games across the season from January to April, four of which they will play at home and tickets are on sale now.
