KHAN RETURNS TO WOLVES

Khan was a huge crowd favourite with the Worcester faithful, yet even more will be expected from the energetic point guard in the coming season after he recorded 8.6 per points per game and 3 assists per game after joining the Wolves from Tiffin University.

Coach James is delighted that Khan has decided to return, saying ” Ashton is an important part of what we are building this season. He will have a season under his belt and I expect even better things from him in the future. He is a very exciting guard and will have a great deal more to offer during this campaign. Ashton has made it very clear that he is ready to fight for his court time with Marek Klassen; however, it is significant that I can also see them playing together on the court at the same time, which is a very exciting proposition for us and will offer even more options”

Ashton is also pleased to be returning to the Wolves ” I am so excited and happy to be a part of the Worcester Wolves Basketball club again. After a successful rookie season under Coach James, I’m looking forward to working with him again and improving upon last season’s performances and results. We have great pieces in place for this upcoming season and I look forward to meeting everyone and being a vocal leader as a returning player. I can’t wait to see the Wolfpack again and play inside the Arena. I look forward to returning to Worcester and going to work. We have amazing fans, the best in the BBL.
