The Worcester Wolves Basketball Club are now seeking expressions of interest for the role of Head coach for the Worcester Wolves second team.

Wolves II play in Division Two of the National league and we are now looking for an ambitious and developing head coach to join the Wolves coaching programme. The main target will be to continue the development and improvement of the team throughout the 2015-16 season under the guidance of Wolves BBL team head coach Paul James and to benefit from experienced coaching mentors at the University of Worcester

The successful candidate will have a proven coaching track record in a basketball environment and have a good understanding of the game. Previous experience at national league level is not necessary but would be preferable.

The coaching role also includes a demonstrated ability to convey an image that is consistent with Wolves values and the ability to work collaboratively with the BBL Team’s Head Coach to reach objectives and goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Worcester Wolves and its progressive and successful basketball programme. This will be a voluntary role in the first instance with some consideration for travelling expenses

Interested candidates should contact Paul James at p.james@worc.ac.uk.

Your application should be emailed to Paul James and should comprise an up to date CV and covering letter outlining your suitability for the role.
